Using Tempura.
Work very well for a long time, but one day the top slider disappeared. And I realised that a search field has replaced the slider and I can’t find out how to fix it.

No, there is still a search box where the slider is supposed to be. I use no search widget, so why there is one on the page I do not understand.

When I look at the generated source for the site it looks like that the code for the slider is generated and I can not find references to the search box.

But the page looks like this:

And the same is happening to the Instagram widget. I can find correct references to the Instagram images, but they do not show up.

I found out…

It was of course a plugin, Scripts-To-Footer, who made the slider disappear. But the search box is still there.

If you’re referring to the search box displayed in the menu (at the right end), that’s configurable from the theme’s Graphics options.
