I set the Search box to display in the Footer but it’s not showing.
I can add a Search box widget into the Footer section but it goes into an area above the footer, not the footer itself.

Did you check only in the customizer preview or did you also save after changing the option and checked the frontend?

Hi Zed
It’s saved to display in the Footer and not the header.
It doesn’t show in the Footer on the front end.

Social Media icons are set to display in the footer also, if that makes any difference.

The search boxes are both part of menus and are only displayed if menus exist in the appropriate areas.
