I can’t get the Search Bar to show using the Nirvana Appearance Settings. I would like the Search to show in the main navigation, Nirvana’s default navigation (menu) is being used.

The current Nirvana Appearance>Graphic Settings>Search Bar Locations is set to Top Menu and Main Menu, but nothing appears. If I select all three options nothing appears.

The site is built with pages, posts are under the Blog menu option.

I had to add a Search Widget to the site in the header.
