How do you fix a top navigation menu so that it scrolls all of the content? Currently our web site has so many titles that it runs off the page and you cant see the bottom content within the menu.

Example:

https://www.germanbunkers.com

Under Bunkers in France then Pas-de-Calais how do I get that sub menu to keep scrolling? I thought an up and down arrow might appear but so far not.

WordPress / the theme’s menu does not have such functionality. You may need to look for a custom menu plugin that implements such support.
