How is possible to have the same number of characters in home page content block?
I would like that the content block will be of the same heights.

You can use manual excerpts to completely control the length of your content blocks.
But even then, most fonts don’t have characters of same width (only fixed width kinds are like this), resulting in your texts (with the exact same character count) having different lengths.
