February 5th, 2015 at 05:31 #29365MichelleHi – I am super new to all of this but really like the Nirvana theme that I’ve chosen for my blog. Thank you! My question I think is the same as one that went unanswered above.
The site looks great on my laptop, but in my mobile device (iPhone), the presentation slides don’t function the same. The Title and Text and Read More button that “sit” on top of the presentation slides on my laptop now appear under the slide image on my mobile device and looks clunky and half the text is missing.
Please help 🙂
February 8th, 2015 at 10:48 #29422ZedCryout Creations mastermindThe slide captions are designed to move below the slider (as to not cover the slides images under a chunk of text, leaving theme visible).
You’ve also played around with the footer, making it overlap content. That’s why some of the slider text (and probably other content too) is now hidden under it.

I’m a big fan of the theme. It looks exactly how I wanted and is easy to customize and use. I am having a problem with the theme’s responsiveness on mobile devices. The theme looks awesome and the right sidebar displays exactly what I want it to. On my tablet (a Nexus 7) it displays properly in landscape mode, but not in portrait. In portrait the right sidebar’s content is pushed to the bottom of the page displaying above the footer. On my android phone, it won’t display at all, again pushing the content of the right sidebar above the footer. I have tried changing the dimensions of the main content, and the right sidebar but this still happens. Is there a setting I am neglecting? I am sure there is something I am not doing correctly, but I can’t figure it out. Any help is much appreciated.
ThanksFebruary 28th, 2015 at 21:41 #30708ZedCryout Creations mastermindBill, the sidebar is designed to move below the content on screen sizes where the site would get too shrunk down to display both the content and the sidebar side-by-side.

March 18th, 2015 at 19:47 #30857ConnorHi, Thank you for the great theme! My issue is with the presentation page responsiveness. I have an instagram and facebook feed that refuse to play nice on the phone. They work fine on the computer or tablet but get jumbled on phones. My hope would be that they shrink down and “fit” nicer. Thanks!

March 29th, 2015 at 20:26 #30946ZedCryout Creations mastermindEssa, what problem are you having with your browser and how is it related to the site?
Connor, please wait for the next theme update as that will improve handling custom widgets in the presentation page area.

April 20th, 2015 at 03:13 #31127GiustinaIs there anyway to change this so that the sidebar stays on the side?
May 7th, 2015 at 13:46 #31731DaveJust moved over to Tempera after years on another theme (which hasn’t been supported for 2 years plus!), was just what I was looking for, thank you 🙂
I also came to this thread regarding the sidebar in responsive mode, but was wondering if there was a way to just lose the right sidebar rather than moving it below the main content on smaller displays?
May 10th, 2015 at 11:16 #31762ZedCryout Creations mastermindGiustina, yes that is possible with the right styling. But how will both main content and sidebar content fit on a 320px narrow screen (for example)?
Dave, you could hide the sidebar on smaller devices with custom CSS:
@media (max-width: 800px) { body #primary, body #secondary { display: none; } }
