Hello, I notice that “RESPONSIVENESS” is broken on the mobile devices, after last theme update.
Also, on my other test site the Widget Columns have some problem.

So I think there’s a some bug about Responsiveness and Widget Columns.
Please release a fix soon.

My site are work fine till now with Tempera theme.
And I haven’t change or install nothing.

I cannot recreate this issue. If you’re using a caching plugin make sure you’ve cleared the cache after the update. If you’re customizing theme functionality using a child theme, depending on the code present in the child theme you might need to update it to reflect latest theme changes.
