Responsive setting causing layout issues for Nirvana

    Hi,

I am evaluating the Nirvana theme for possible use/purchase on a clients site.
I have a problem when the Responsive setting is enabled while viewing the site on a widescreen desktop PC.
I am using the Boxed layout format.
I am using the Two Columns, Sidebar on Right as my default layout.
The total width is set to the default 1200px (Content 900px, Sidebar 300px).
All other settings are set to default.
The only widgets in the sidebar are “Meta” and “Pages”.

    Here are the problems:
    1) On the home page the sidebar is being forced down leaving a huge white space above it.
    2) On all other pages the sidebar is where it should be, but the main content text no longer has a left margin. It is just right up against the edge of the white box, which I can see because I am using a background image.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to make a decision on this theme today.

    Hello guys.

My website is http://ruse-bukurest.com/. Responsiveness is enabled. However when I access the website on my mobile phone, the header widget (with the flags) disappears. Could you advise please?

    Best regards,
    Dimitar
