Removal of credits in site footer

    Hi,

    A few days ago I purchased the Priority Support – Tempera for 25 Euros. My client would like the ‘Powered By’ wording removed.

    Despite purchasing through Paypal and receiving an invoice, it is still listed as ‘Pending’ and there is no license to download etc.

    Should I just be waiting for something to happen, or is this an error?

    Many thanks,
    Harry

    Hello there

    Thank you for your contact. However, I do really need to just remove the ‘Powered By…’ – it looks like something’s broken without the footer.

    Do you know why the license and instructions hasn’t been provided please?

    Many thanks,

    Harry

    Hi Harry,

    If you’re still waiting for your license and instructions after purchasing, it might be best to reach out to Cryout Creations directly via their support channels or email. Sometimes, payment processing delays can cause licensing issues.

    In the meantime, if you’re looking to remove just the “Powered By…” text without hiding the entire footer, you can try adding this CSS:

    css
    Copy
    Edit
    #footer .site-info {
    display: none;
    }
    This will remove the credits while keeping the rest of the footer intact. However, if the theme has built-in settings for footer customization (especially in pro versions), you might want to check the theme options first.

    Let me know if you need further help
