I submit the payment successfully and received the official email for the payment. Well. I think all the work is done and I could download the Anime Plus theme and then upload it to start. However, the Cryout page keeps showing the payment pending state and no update even though I wait for around 6 hours. I tried to get technical support by making phone calls and sending emails. I tried many times. The phone is always busy even though I tried for around 1 hour. And the email does not check by anyone. This is a really bad experience. Very very bad.

We do not advertise nor provide any kind of assistance, service or support via phone. We also do not promote anywhere any kind of 24/7 service or availability, so I’m not sure what your expectations were.

Your order failed to finalize due to a processing error with our payment gateway. As soon as I discovered that (and your 9 call attempts between 4 AM and 9 AM) I have cancelled and refunded your payment.
