A year ago I set up a mobile version with the WPtouch plugin. Everything worked fine until recently. Today I found out that the mobile version does not work and my site looks like on the screenshot. The columns are compressed incorrectly. The plugin works only on the main page.

I disconnected various other plugins. I tried to disconnect the WPtouch plugin and put analogues. The result is the same. The column with the text is very small and looks awful.

How to make the plugin work again correctly. Or at least the column with the text on the mobile version was not so small?

I do not notice any appearance issues on mobile devices. If you are still having issues, I suggest testing your site on a different browser or device, to rule out any caching issues.
