When the values for “Parabola Settings >> Presentation Page >> Show Post on Presentation Page” are set to “Enabled” and “0” all post are shown on the presentations page. It seems to me this should limit the post on the presentation page to “sticky post”. If not, is there a different way to limit the Presentation Page to sticky post?

Set it to 1.

In WordPress, 0 is an invalid post count so that value will be ignored. 1 (or anything larger) will display that many standard posts below all the sticky posts.
There is no way to display just the sticky posts without editing code.
