First, I am not a website expert, I picked Tempera because I liked and I struggled to figure out basics of it about 2 years ago as I set my site up. My problem now, I got notice in updates that I needed cryout serious theme settings plugin installed since I had tempera i installed and activated. Since then my presentation page sliders are gone. I tried deactivating that plugin but it made no difference. At this point just want my site back the way it was. I am so frustrated with always trying to figure out how to do stuff on this. Can anyone please advise me as to how I can just get back to where my site was before this update?

Update, but still bad and now maybe worse. So I went in to add some info to my site today and it had an update for tempera so I did clicked to run the update, over the last several years I have done this with no real problems. Today after it ran and I clicked to go back to wordpress update list page it went to my website and showed the “Main” page which is normally never there because the presentation page is there. In addition to that it says “Fatal error: Call to undefined function aq_resize() in /hom/lifewi18/public_html/wp-content/plugins/virtue-toolkit/gallery.php on line 91”

I went into plugins and deactivated one called virtue. Now my website just goes to this Main page that is never there and not what I want. I want my presentation page and sliders back. Can anyone offer thoughts of advice?

Same issue… my presentation page slides are gone. I cant change any of the photos, or even the “tagline” which contains the info for our upcoming events! HELP!

They might have popped up at about the same time, but the need for the settings plugin and the presentation page change are two separate matters.
