How can I add paginal navigation to Presentation page?

For example:
– Presentation page (slider & 4 columns);
– 10 posts;
– paginal navigation (1-10 posts(page 1), 11-20 posts(page 2), 21-30 posts(page 3) …..);
– End page

There is a strong wish to receive the answer to my question. It is possible to make so or not? Whether it will be possible in the following versions of a Theme?

Parabola does not display a pagination for the presentation page posts.
We will not be adding a pagination (what happens to the non-posts presentation page contents – slider, columns – on subsequent pages?) but we may add a dynamic “load more posts” in a future version (similar to Tempera and Nirvana).
