Hello! What are the ideal dimensions for post preview images/featured images for a post? Thanks!

The ideal dimensions would be those configured in the settings (the height) and computed based on the post display options (content width and posts layout).

I understand the width will adjust based on size of the browser window and/or device. If possible, could you give me the minimum width for featured images using this theme? We are looking for a “title-safe” zone when designing graphics. We want to avoid any text cut off on the sides. Currently, our post layout is set to two columns and our content width settings are:
Theme alignment: wide
Site width: 1120px
Left sidebar width: 320px
Right sidebar width: 320pxThank you!
April 28th, 2022 at 00:17 #129019ZedCryout Creations mastermindIf you’d prefer exact numbers, you can use our (unpublished) SysInfo plugin to see the exact image sizes currently registered on the site based on the configured options.
I also suggest to configure the featured image behaviour option to contained to ensure that featured images are shrunk proportionally without visual cropping on smaller (than site width) screens.
Setting the height value to zero and behaviour to contained will also instruct the theme to skip featured image processing entirely and simply use the attached images as they are.
