I use the Tempera theme and love it – but I am finding that plugins send the whole dashboard to vaying degrees of blankness. At first I thought it was just one plugin that was incompatible but they all seem to clash with different parts of the site and so at the moment when I’m adding a post, I’ve been disabling all the plugins, but that really is no longer a sensible option. I would be so grateful if you could point me to whatever it is that isn’t working (and maybe it’s the same thing that makes the sidebar (e.g. http://mirrorswindowsdoors.org/wp/themes/articles/) and parts of index pages (eg http://mirrorswindowsdoors.org/wp/themes/interviews/) go into italics on some pages… )
Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give. I really don’t want to have to change themes 🙁
September 11th, 2015 at 15:19 #33337Marjorie (MWD)HAving given up on dealing with these issues, which were unresloved even without any plug-ins, until after the summer. So I’m just reporting back to say hooray! thanks to reading lots of posts in the WordPress forum, I updated my wp-config.php file to increse the PHP memory limit to 256MB and also contacted my webhost to increase the limit at their end, as it stood at 128M – and hey presto, all the Admin page issues are now resolved… So very happy that all my plugins now work fine AND I can continue with the beautiful Tempera theme…

That is an experimental option and should only be used when you are sure the HTML tags used in posts don’t coincide with the point at which the content is trimmed (or you’ll end up with unclosed tags and with the result you see).If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
