Also, for some reason bots seem to think it’s at another URL? http://i.swaps4.com/a8d2dda

You have an empty line at the start of the response wp-trackback.php returns. I’m not sure where that’s from.

I haven’t, that’s the weird thing. Pingback seems to be working fine though. Very weird.
