Having a horrid time with permalink with only one section of my site. I have to set the permalink to default for the links to open. If I set permalink to post name, they do not open and I get an error, “page not found” This is the page. All those links are previous radio shows.
http://www.itsallaboutmusic.net/category/tune-in/ those links when set to post name will not open.
Working with my host which is host gator to see if its on there end but this is the only theme that does this to me. Deactivated all Plugins, all the normal steps.
Also as shared in another thread, the favicon function does not appear to work for several of us. Great themes hope to resolve this issue with it soonest.
April 28th, 2013 at 01:52 #5598iaamradiook found the issue, if you use the presentation page it has a conflict in the permalink for some reason. I turned it off and all was fine I cold use the postname permalink. once I put the presentation page back I had to revert to the default permalink. Is there a fix for this?
Below is my first post on this issue in case you need details.

April 29th, 2013 at 03:14 #5640iaamradioSolved it!!!!!
It’s in my own link.
Your theme could allow this but it does not:
Original link:
<a href=”../shows/djtaz/cy13/coolbreeze/004 DJ Taz Cool Breeze 28 Apr 13.mp3″ target=”_blank”>DJ Taz – Cool Breeze, 28 Apr 13</a>
Note the “..
This works when the presentation page is not activated and set to postname. If activate I have to use default.
Now look at this, it’s the same link but the “.. I put in the actual http line (http://www.itsallaboutmusic.net) which now works with your presentation page.
<a href=”http://www.itsallaboutmusic.net/shows/djtaz/cy13/coolbreeze/003 DJ Taz Cool Breeze 31 Mar 13.mp3” target=”_blank”>DJ Taz – Cool Breeze, 31 Mar 13</a>
Interesting that the theme has a tad of a challenge but then again my link was not standard either. Super theme and we are excited to use it.
Thank you for the fast reply and support. Yes folks, they do work with us free users and they do care 🙂
