Hi There
For some reason, i cant access any of the parabola settings, there’s no drop downs or access to any of them. I’ve had this before with other themes and found it to be a faulty media, i removed the latest media and stupidly restore to defaults so now have parabola settings on my presentation page!what a dummy!

Any idea’s please gratefully received

I am having some difficulty with your themes (both tempera and parabola) where I am unable to change any of the theme specific settings. The menu does not expand to allow me to make the changes. I have attempted to open them in chrome, firefox, and IE with the same effect. I have un/re-installed WP, both themes, and am at a loss for what to do now. Please help 🙂

Use your browser’s dev tools to inspect for JavaScript error in your dashboard (specifically on Parabola’s settings page). Look for names/source of the scripts to figure out which plugin is causing them and disable that.

I had the same problem, but updated wordpress and now it all works! great theme man

Using Zed’s instructions, I was able to locate the “offending” JavaScript. For those who don’t know how to get the browser dev. tools, try going to the Parabola Settings page, then press F12 or the Function + F12, depending on your keyboard. You should see it pop up on the bottom. Reload the Parabola settings page, and if there is an error, the debugger should stop where the error is. Hope this helps!

One more thing, the instructions I posted were bases on Internet Explorer, so getting to the tools in other browsers may be different.
