Hello,
Theme is working correctly, however, I am getting a page not found when we try to use the pagination below the posts located on the Presentation page. Currently we have only 4 posts and I have increased the limit to 4 so that the pagination is removed. When we click the ‘2’ the site is directed to texasreapers.org/page/2 which in turn gives us a page not found error.
Any idea what is going on? We are running wordpress 3.8 and Tempera 0.9.4.1
I did see that someone else posted a similar issue but didnt see a response at this time.
Cheers,

That was the first step in trouble shooting. You are suggesting going into the permalinks section of wordpress and making a change?
Any other ideas?
January 10th, 2014 at 21:08 #15746ShawnI posted this to another user, but wanted to add her on this thread as it seems multiple people are having this issue.
I am saving the permalinks as Post name. When clicking save in wordpress the Setting give me two messages.
‘Settings saved’
‘Permalink structure updated’I may try installing LAMP and installing locally to see if I can replicate the issue. Looks like it is searching for the script and not finding.
January 11th, 2014 at 16:36 #15763WayfarerLoving the theme still but I too am experiencing a problem with the pagination navigation on the presentation page.
On my Presentation Page, the page navigation is this:
1 2 3 > >>Clicking on >> returns a Not Found
Clicking on Page 2 returns Page 1.
Clicking on Page 3 returns Page 3 and expands the navigation to:
< 1 2 3 4 5 > >>
Clicking the single page advance > only works from Page 3.
Clicking on the single page back < from Page 3 returns Page 1.
Clicking on the single page back < from any page above 3 correctly returns the page.
Clicking on << returns correctly to Page 1.
Page 2 is never displayed. Many thanks,

Yes, the pagination on the presentation page still has issues due to some weird queries. We’re currently working and it hopefully it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot for all the feedback.

When you click on [2], it loads example.com/page/2 which just displays the first page. This happens even when all plugins are disabled.
Thanks for looking into this!
February 7th, 2014 at 22:33 #21779Christina FrancoHey Guys! Great work on the template! I love it. Can only imagine all the hard work you guys put into this, so thank you soo much!
Just went live with the site and posted my first blog post, but if you scroll down it seems to cut my word content. Been searching and fixing but cant seem to get it right. Would love to have my image right in the center also. Can you please direct me on where to fix this?
Thanks again!
February 21st, 2014 at 01:42 #23963TimHi. I’m having the same issue. If I reduce the number of displayed posts to less than the number of posts on my site, when I go to page 2 I get
“Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.”
I am still using Tempera 0.9.7 because my site needs pages, not a continuously expanding front page. Is there a fix for my site?

February 21st, 2014 at 02:32 #23964TimI fixed it.
If you go to Appearance > Tempera Settings > Presentation Page and change the number of posts list for “Show Posts on Presentation Page”, the paging will start to fail.
If you then go to Settings > Reading and change “Blog pages show at most” to match the number of posts list for “Show Posts on Presentation Page” above, the paging will work again. If the two settings differ in number, pagination is broken in 0.9.7.
Perhaps you could make the pagination an option again in 0.9.8 so that I can update to future versions of the theme? That would be very much appreciated.

July 2nd, 2014 at 22:33 #25979BartekHi there guys,
Have You already got the pagination on presentation page in magazine view? I can’t find a way to turn it on. I was looking on this forum, and found topic where You write thay it will appear in next version of Parabola however I see here thay people have it already… Can You please help? Thanks!
July 15th, 2014 at 10:49 #26113ZedCryout Creations mastermindTempera no longer has a pagination on the presentation page (as that was broken); we’ve replaced it with a “read more” button which loads another set (page) of posts below.
Parabola does not have a pagination on the presentation page (yet).

I’m still having the same problem that the “read more” button (actually called “more posts”) on the presentation page simply returns the same posts that are already shown.
I’m on latest Tempera 1.2.0 and the problem is still there.
November 27th, 2014 at 09:06 #28411Onkel HeiniHi,
Read More works for me, but the pagination code is still genrated with class=”inactive”. This causes the google crawler to “file not found” errors.
Maybe you should remove it completly.
