    The overlay in the header when the page loads. It has the website title in it saying Beauty From Ashes by Dina.

    no position specific I was Just wondering if there was an option for that..

    That is part of the theme’s Header Titles functionality. Moving it would require using custom CSS and it can easily be turned off from the theme’s options (Customize > Post Information > Header Tites).
