Is it possible to (easily, without manually editing CSS or other code) place the site menu in the top right of the page instead of having it below the site title and tagline? There’s a lot of wasted space at the top of my site and I’d like to better use it instead of having all of the content pushed down the page.

Plus if you moved it there it would look crammed on mobile.
