Hi,
Has anyone had trouble with the mobile rendering of this theme?
I have simply configured a page using a youtube video header image, and it is selecting a photo instead, which is fine, but the mobile rendering is truncated and scrubbed.
Before spending time and effort trying to resolve it, I’d like to know if others have had similar issues, and I will search for a different theme.
Link to the mobile rendering is included.
Thank you.

February 13th, 2020 at 17:42 #98887The issue seems to be related to ‘Header Image Size Requirements’, however the entire area around this seems to be very buggy, and support/response/commentary is lacking from Cryout. Although this is a very nice theme, I will move on, there is no community interest/support at this time.

If you are pressured by time constraints you can use our priority support service instead. The screenshot alone is insufficient to identity the reported issue and its cause.
How did you apply a YouTube video in the header area of a page? WordPress does not provide such functionality for individual pages, it only supports video headers on the homepage. If you like our creations, help us share by rating them on WordPress.org.
Please check the available documentation and search the forums before starting a topic. -
