Only people with MY luck come across a glitch or bug that is SO rare and unlikely that I can guarantee that even the most skilled & experienced programmers here will be baffled.
Get ready…
Both phones are iPhone 6. Both web browsers are Safari. How in the world is it possible that the menu bars display on one iPhone 6 but not its twin?
My head is about to explode. This completely defies logic. I’m just too perplexed by this to even know where to start.

October 13th, 2018 at 00:48 #69175It’s odd that this would happen at all. Two identical phones showing different results.
Anyway, I had to modify the header.php file by adding text that says “Click For Menu” which he was able to see.
It seems to work, so I’ll take it as a problem SOLVED. I have plenty of other issues with this glitchy, buggy theme as it is.

If the menu works there as well and the only problematic one is your phone, then it’s a lot more likely to be a device issue than a site one (you can also try testing with different browsers on the same device, even though they all use the same rendering engine).
