HI,
I would like to know how I can make my menu headings non clickable.
It seems that the headings are determined by the pages that I insert into the menu itself, thus creating the heading. I want the headings to just be text and only the pages below to be clickable to access the pages themselves.

Use custom links inside a custom menu and then edit and remove the links from the top menu items.
