Margin Top not working in Mozilla and IE.

    Hi,
    I am trying to change the CONTENT MARGIN in “GRAPHICS SETTINGS”.
    It is effecting in Chrome but not in Mozilla Firefox or IE .

    I am using : Margin top = -15px and Padding left/right = 15px.
    Margin Top is not working in Firefox and IE.

    Is there any custom CSS I need to write for this ?
