First, I really love the mantra theme!! However, after the last update, I can no longer make any changes to it through “Appearance ->Mantra Settings”. They tabs no longer drop down.
Please advise.
April 22nd, 2014 at 16:58 #24944JasonExactly the same has happened to me.

May 21st, 2014 at 03:53 #25465Evans CraigIn the Mantra Settings, I cannot change the graphics to have NO border.
I see the setting, but it does NOT work. What can I do?
May 21st, 2014 at 14:08 #25473WaltAre you hitting Save Settings?
May 22nd, 2014 at 03:20 #25488Evans CraigI see the Graphics settings. It is highlighting the bordered one to the bottom far right. I want NO border, so I click on the first one, top far left. Nothing happens, try clicking on any of the other images, nothing happens. Thus, I cannot change the border to NO Border, much less SAVE it.
May 22nd, 2014 at 13:58 #25503WaltWhy can’t you click on the first image and click save settings?

June 15th, 2014 at 12:04 #25805Kylie LangeI am having a similar problem, I am trying to update the sliders and the Presentation Page Columns but they will not drop down. Another website I have worked on did not present with this problem. I have version 1.8.8 on this site. Any solutions? I see that Paul has removed Mantra, removed plug-ins, reinstall Mantra & reinstall plugins. Has anything else worked for anyone?
Thanks for your help.
June 19th, 2014 at 10:44 #25836ZedCryout Creations mastermindMantra 1.8.8? That’s rather old. What WordPress are you running on that site?

If I deinstall Mantra then reinstall, will I lose all my settings, layout, and such?

Any help or bugfix in next Manta Update?September 10th, 2014 at 16:40 #27145KayCryout Creations mastermindHi guys,
In order for us to be able to debug these type of issues we need a bit more feedback.
First, always mention what Mantra and WordPress versions you’re using (and generally make sure you’re using the latest of both). Then, disable all your plugins and check the theme settings page then. In 99.99% of the cases it’s a faulty plugin’s fault that causes this, loading JavaScript on our theme’s settings page when it shouldn’t.
After having checked this, post a message here, detailing the Mantra and WP versions, the fact that you have disabled all plugins for a moment and checked the theme settings then, when the issues first occurred and what else you’ve tried doing to fix this.
Before posting consider reading our short theme debugging instructions.
Please read the FAQs: Mantra • Nirvana • Parabola • Tempera
Tutorials: custom menus • translating theme • installing theme • category page with intro • disabling comments Wordpress: child themes • categories/posts
Before making any modifications to your theme we strongly recommend using Child Themes.October 29th, 2014 at 06:24 #28015michelle HeaneyThis site is not published yet. installed mantra. tried to change layout-no plugins active not even installed. cannot change layout. other tabs working to change them its fine but cannot change layout.

November 19th, 2014 at 16:33 #28297JasonHi,
I have been having this problem for nearly a year now and still cannot resolve it. I desperately need to change the sliders as we have some major events coming up. I have version 4.0 WordPress and version 1.8.8 of Mantra.I see an earlier post from Zed said that v1.8.8 was old but my WordPress site is telling me it is the most up to date version of Mantra
Each time I try and change the sliders the boxes do not drop down but just change colour as you hover.
I have tried deactivating all the plugins etc but still cannot fix it.Does anyone have any ideas?????????????? Aaaaarrrrrgh!!!!!!!
