Can anybody please help? I am STUCK…

Firstly thank you for a great theme.

I have integrated S2Member into my Mantra site and I have ran into a serious issue that I am finding difficult to overcome.

My Level 0 subscribers (FREE subscribers) are not receiving their post-registration login details via email! I have tried resetting my plugins via ‘plugins.hold’ in my Plesk panel…I have tried using WordPress defaults and S2Member settings in ‘S2M New User Email Configuration’. My S2M email ‘From’ address matches my WordPress email address in ‘General Settings’.

I know for sure it worked OK when it was a paid subscription site using Level 1 and a Paypal button scenario.

Now I have made it a site for people to FREELY benefit from nobody can use it! Ironic or what??? 🙂

    …Further information:

‘Contact Form 7′ appears not to be functional on the site either??? *Emails appear to be sent (i.e. ‘message sent’ displays, but do not arrive in my inbox (designated to receive site emails). *(Tests carried out from third party computer using bonafide site member.)

    After seeing this http://www.s2member.com/kb/theme-plugin-compatibility/

…I have now deactivated Contact Form 7 – no improvement
…then I also deactivated bbpress – no improvement

…Ok, I have now deactivated every plugin, except S2Member, and Level 0 Subscribers are still not receiving their Login email!

I fear there is a problem with Mantra but I really do NOT want to change the theme

Thank you in advance for any help or advice you may have.

    Regards
    Kevin

First test the functionality with a different theme to check if this is indeed caused by the theme or not.
