Everything has worked good so far until the total numbers has reach 75 menu points within the main menu. If you try to include one more point and klich on safe the menu point that was included once before is lost and the main menu is not connected to primary navigation any longer. This bug can be reproduced. I just wonder if the size of the main menu is limited. Which would be counterproductive for medium websites. Is this bug know on your side and do you have a workaround?

The issue is not theme related. It’s not even WordPress related.

For the people who probably run into the same problems. We have found out it is the max_vars setting on the provider side. Seams that normal setting for WP is always set to max_vars 2000 if you ask your provider to increase this the problem disappears.
