Hi,
I’ve managed to select all the settings I want for my site. However, there are several issues.
When I am logged in, the site is almost perfect, the main issue is that on my category pages, the featured images only match the correct size set in the settings in my more recent posts, the older posts remain small and therefore there is a shift in proportion.
When I’m not logged in, there are many issues. The main menu still floats to the left, when it is set to be centered. When I click on REVIEWS in the menu, the header shifts back to a previous version and the posts are displayed as magazine on the first page (also that option is disabled) and on the second page, they appear as smaller than in the settings (similar to the problem I have when logged in). Also, my most recent posts simply do not appear.
I’ve emptied the cache and tried reuploading images…but nothing seems to update the whole thing. Any ideas?
Many thanks
Francois

Just an observation, everything seems centred for the menu, but when I click on reviews I only see 3 menu options for the first page with the magazine layout issues where all the other pages show 5 options. Could there be some menu conflict somewhere?

December 12th, 2013 at 17:37 #14617FrancoisHi Jim,
It’s taken me a while but I deleted all the featured images, uploaded them again. Then deleted the REVIEWS and LIVE pages and recreated them and it’s seemed to have worked. So long as I don’t change the settings again it should be fine.
Cheers
Francois
December 12th, 2013 at 18:31 #14619FrancoisJim, could you tell me where to change the CSS for the CONTINUE READING buttons?
December 12th, 2013 at 19:12 #14621FrancoisI’m actually looking to remove the continue reading buttons from the Category page with intro Page Template, as well as the tags, but I want to keep the tags on the actual posts. Any guidance?
December 12th, 2013 at 23:37 #14631JimHi Francois
Something like this in custom CSS may work.
a.continue-reading-link {
display: none;
}I hope this helps…

December 12th, 2013 at 23:45 #14632JimI couldn’t find a way to just delete the tags from the excerpts, as when I did they were removed from the full post also.
Jim…
December 13th, 2013 at 18:51 #14659FrancoisThanks for the answers Jim, the CSS thing worked perfect, guess the tag thing isn’t the end of the world.
