I would like to pass from Mantra Theme to Tempera because the presentation page, in Mantra Theme, is becoming to little! The Tempera theme looks like too near at Mantra so I’ve thinked to pass from Mantra to Tempera in order to encrease the content on presentation page.

I don’t know if this is a good solution, it could be better to change the presentation page in order to add one more row of columns on the bottom of the presentation page.

Any suggestions or alerts before to change?

Both themes share the layout and widget areas, so your content should remain mostly in the same place.

There are plenty of differences in theme options between the two options so there is no easy way to migrate the options from Mantra to Tempera. You’ll need to re-create your site’s appearance using Tempera’s own options.

Switching themes means re-setting at least the header background image, background image and color and menu location associations (if these were previously set).
