When I write this in Miscellaneous <IMG SRC="logoimf.jpg" />, the image do not show. What else do I have to write?

Is the path of the image file correct? That code would only work if the logoimf.jpg file would be located in the root of your WordPress folder.

You need to either use a full path
http://www.yoursite.com/full/path/to/your/image-file.jpg
or a relative one appropriate for both the file location and which file is including it
full/path/to/your/image-file.jpg
(in this case).
