I can’t download the upgrade 1.8.6.2 of Fluida Plus. When I try to do it a failure message appears. How can I do? All the plugins and WordPress are updated.

If you’re receiving the 403 Forbidden error message during the update process, that indicates that either you have not configured the license key in the theme’s management page, or you do not have an active license for Fluida Plus.
Access to new updates and to accompanying priority support service is only available with an active subscription.
