Hi,
I’d like my blog page (posts page, the one that displays all the blog posts :D) to have a sidebar, but if i select layout with a sidebar, and put a widget in sidebar, it’s not displayed. If i create a normal page sidebar is there, just not for the page dedicated for posts.
Is there an elegant and simple solution for this or will I have to butcher it? 😀

When a static page is assigned as WordPress ‘blog’ section, it becomes a special site section and WordPress ignores any of the attributes that static page had (including meta parameters and content).
