Maybe someone knows how to make “continue reading” link translatable? I know that I can change “read more” text in Nirvana settings, but my site is in couple languages and I can’t use same “read more” text for all languages.

There are 2 “continue reading” entries in .mo file, but it seems that doesn’t have any effect.
