how do i install this theme i tried uploading the unzipped folder to my sites themes directory and it doesn’t show in the themes area of my wordpress site. installation instructions would be very useful.

Make sure you have this folder structure: <your-wordpress-root>/wp-content/themes/mantra

Wordpress has a built-in installation system available at <site-url>/wp-admin/theme-install.php where you just type in the name of the theme and click install.
