How to increase the size of the background image that's behind the header image

    The default size of the background image when there are icons selected is about 3 times larger than the size of that space without the icons. I’d like to keep the larger box of background image but not use the icons. Is that possible? Also, is it possible to move the header image down into he center of that background image box?
