How to change body width in Nirvana theme to be responsive too?

    Hi there,

    Let me start. Ive been blogging in Nirvana theme in WordPress, but I dont like my website because body is to wide. Ive tried to change it in the themes CSS and it was successful (960px width). But ONLY ON PC. When I opened it on my phone it is not responsive (u could see just the left side of my website).

    Im not good at coding so I dont know if I should even change CSS or something else (create child theme??) and how to change width of body on my site but to keep it responsive in the same time.
