How to add a custom title and description on presentation page

    Hi!

    How can I add a custom meta title and description to the presentation site (home page)? The Yoast SEO options are not available for the presentation page.

    Yoast has separate meta controls for WordPress’ homepage (the one that the theme extends into its presentation page feature) in its general options.
