How remove main menu in side bar?

    I have no any menu on my blog, but I see menu in side bar:

    How I can remove it?

    Hello, I have the main menu and I don´t know how to remove it. I got thanks to the previous comment that out the word ‘start’ on the menu, but I don’t know how to get that disappears completely and do not open another screen in which there is nothing to me.
