How do I change menu in the header?

    It’s apparently the menu in the header is made by pages I created.
    Is it possible if I’d replace this menu made by post’s categories not by pages?

    Appearance > Menu > Change Menu Setting.

    I second this question. I’d like to link one of the menu options to an outside website.
