I am wondering how to center the logo on the mobile version? The end of the logo got cut off.

We are aware of a limitation with the logo not being contained in the available space (on smaller devices). We will correct this in the next theme update. Until then you can use this CSS to make the logo fit:

a#logo > img {
    max-width: 100%;
}
