Hi everyone,
I’m using the Nirvana theme for my website, and I’m facing an issue where the homepage layout doesn’t display as expected after the latest WordPress update. The slider and columns are misaligned, and some widgets appear out of place.
Here’s my setup:
WordPress version: 6.x
Theme: Nirvana (latest version)What I’ve observed:
The slider doesn’t span the full width of the page, even though it’s set to “full width” in the theme options.
The homepage columns are stacking vertically instead of displaying side-by-side.
Other pages on the site appear fine; the issue seems specific to the homepage.
What I’ve tried so far:Checked the Nirvana settings and ensured the layout is set to the correct template.
Cleared my browser and WordPress cache, but the issue persists.
Deactivated all plugins to check for conflicts, but the layout issue remains.
Switched to a default WordPress theme, and the homepage layout works fine, which suggests the issue is theme-specific.
Questions I have:Could this be a compatibility issue between Nirvana and the latest WordPress version?
Are there specific CSS adjustments I can make to fix the alignment and layout?
Should I consider rolling back to a previous version of WordPress or the theme, and if so, what’s the best way to do that safely?
I’d appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance! -
