I would like to get an help from somebody who is practical with default text. What do I need to change to have the default text to be translated in a different language?

I don’t know if I totally sent the message so I am going to explain it better.

Let’s say I have a button at the bottom of a website. This displays “Continue to read…” and I want it to display “Continua la lettura” instead.

Let me know, am really having trouble with this.
