Currently, in theme-functions.php, the url for both the logo, header, and “named title” are all fixed/hard coded to the “/” page.

However, it appears for the custom logo, it looks like you can set the custom url, for the logo. But its not used.

Its a pretty trivial fix (check out my site, I have it working on mine), I would recommend you fix your code.
