I have a header widget defined. Widget contains text.

When viewing on PC – text is placed in header just fine.

When viewing on mobile, header shows first, then text below the header.

(also, same happens with cryout widgets)

Do I have something set wrong?

That is the theme’s designed behaviour. Since the same content cannot fit on both a wide landscape (desktop browser) and narrow portrait (mobile phone) space, the header elements re-arrange to fit.
