The header image does not seem to be responsive in Nirvana. I am using similar settings and images as I would in Tempera, but getting different results with “Clickable header image”.
I am not sure if it is related or not, but Customize Header states that the header image should be 1920×150. Nirvana Header Settings states it should be 1200×150.
Also the presentation page default images “cake1.png” and “cake2.png” have “dev15.htx.ro” as part of the url in “nirvana_fronttext1” and “nirvana_fronttext2” in default.php. This causes them to appear as broken image icons.

August 15th, 2014 at 18:05 #26762KayCryout Creations mastermindHi guys!
@Bill – Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback. Both issues that you mentioned have been fixed.
Also, the header width is flexible. So the recommended size would be 1200px (or whatever width you site has) but you can go all the way to 1920px with if you want for a full width header (this is how Nirvana was designed to look best). Anyway, now for the header to be fully responsive you must enable the Force Header Responsiveness in the Header settings.
You can download the new version (0.9.2) from Nirvana’s dedicated page http://www.cryoutcreations.eu/nirvana
Thanks again and good luck!

Only the width of the header is flexible. When used on mobile looks really weird cause only the width resized.

Did you update to the latest version of the theme and did you enable the above mentioned “Force Header Responsiveness” option? Also, could you show us a link to your site so we can check it out ourselves?

October 13th, 2014 at 07:30 #27676JohnAfter reading the comments on how to fix this issue I’ve tried every possible setting and configuration. As soon as I select “Force header image responsiveness” my Header Image disappears along with the entire Header. Anybody?
October 22nd, 2014 at 22:27 #27899AlexBump – this seems to be the case for me as well. The image disappears when “force header image responsiveness” is checked. The header does not seem to attempt to fill the whole width of the site with the image.
