With your new update you have included a new header function which when installed caused me the issue of the top-right social media buttons disappearing. I discovered that this was because I was using the Header setting in Appearance and not the one native to Mantra settings. I eventually solved this by setting my header image as a custom logo with no top spacing and the social media icons appeared.
Unfortunately a 15px or so left margin appeared next to header image showing the background colour no matter how the image is aligned. My header image background is white so I simply changed the header colour setting to #fff then to realise that the header colour setting and the nav menu colour background is the same setting so that obviously caused another issue.
Now I’m stuck for ideas as to what to do. I looked in style.css but could not see any margin value set to the above for #branding. Perhaps it’s a different setting?
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

There’s a glitch related to the header social icons in 2.0 which we will fix soon.
Until then, use this custom CSS to properly align your custom logo:
`a#logo { margin-left: 0; }`Edit: this is fixed in v2.0.1
