I would like to force desktop view on mobile phones and tablets, which means when someone browses my website using their phones/tablet it is defaulted to the desktop view.
Kindly guide me through how to do this, thank you very much!

That is not easily doable as the responsiveness functionality is deeply embedded into the theme.
