How can i edit the tempera theme so that when i scroll the webpage down, the menu bar remains visible at the top at all times, instead of the standard scroll thats there currently ?

I also would love to have this feature, I have tried some third party plugins to accomplish this but they are not working with the theme. Any suggestions? Potential update add-on?
